I always preferred Batman when he was fighting non super powered villains. Back when he was the world's greatest detective and not a walking plot device taking out super powered beings left and right. The Penguin and Joker were my fav villains. I really liked the clown prince of crime Joker. Haven't cared for the character since they turned him into psychopath serial killer

But if you want to go just regular Superman vs regular He-Man, He-man is stronger. He is also magically powered which is a Superman weakness.
Cosmic Armor Superman has no weaknesses. Magic is not even an itch to him...

It was a vitamin supplement...and some rays.

    Superman is still a wuss.

Injustice Superman is a bum. His lack of morality, restraint, etc means nothing to omnipotent beings like Cosmic Armor Superman Prime One Million.

Take a gander of Cosmic Armor Superman abilities for example:

Name: The Thought Robot, Cosmic Armor Superman

    Gender: Inapplicable, Male in appearance

    Age: Inapplicable

Classification: Higher-Dimensional Machine of The Monitors, Literal Plot-Device

Special Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Reactive Evolution, Plot Manipulation, Quantum Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, Reality Warping, Space-Time Manipulation, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation, Immortality (Type 1, 3 & 5), Regeneration (Mid-Godly), Matter Manipulation, Existence Erasure, Creation, Information Manipulation, 4th Wall Awarness, Large Size (Type 10), Flight, Anti-Matter Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Acausality (Non-Linearity), Destruction, ETCM

Destructive Ability: Hyperverse Level (Built with the intent of killing Mandrakk, who was stated to be capable of unmaking all of existence . Clashing with Mandrakk caused the entire Monitor Sphere to crumble into nonexistence. Resides within The Monitor Sphere, the most primal and fundamental dimension in Grant Morrison's DC Cosmology and is also a realm filled with pure thoughts and concepts. DC's Multiverse within this storyline was treated as one with countless higher dimensions)

Speed: Immeasurable (Transcends the standard spatio-temporal flow that is contained within The Multiverse)

    Lifting Ability: Immeasurable

Striking Ability: Hyperversal (Was able to hold Limbo in the palm of his hands and was able to attack Mandrakk with such force, can hold the bleed which is basically a concentrated form of the DC multiverse's lifeblood itself.)

Durability: Hyperverse Level (Was able to tank several attacks from Mandrakk who is said to pose a threat to the very Multiverse itself which is Infinite.)

    Stamina: Infinite

Range: Hyperversal (Is bigger than the entirety of the DC Multiverse and can hold Limbo in his palm.)

Intelligence: Nigh-Omniscient (Exists in Monitor-Sphere, the highest and most primal level of existence, and holds a cosmic awareness on the nature of the Story of all reality. Is aware of his existence as a fictional being.)

    Weaknesses: None

Cosmic Armor Superman would not even notice Injustice Superman flying around like a gnat...
