I always preferred Batman when he was fighting non super powered villains. Back when he was the world's greatest detective and not a walking plot device taking out super powered beings left and right. The Penguin and Joker were my fav villains. I really liked the clown prince of crime Joker. Haven't cared for the character since they turned him into psychopath serial killer

But if you want to go just regular Superman vs regular He-Man, He-man is stronger. He is also magically powered which is a Superman weakness.

Cosmic Armor Superman has no weaknesses. Magic is not even an itch to him...

I'd say Injustice Superman is Superman at his most lethal. No morals, no restraint, nothing holding him back and He-Man still beat him..

Injustice Superman is a bum. His lack of morality, restraint, etc means nothing to omnipotent beings like Cosmic Armor Superman Prime One Million.
