Crazy how much of this is right from the comic, and playing horribly with a huge chuck of the TV audience. Seems to guarantee a course-correction in comic storyline. Morgan gets so much work, he'll have no problem walking away in a year.Leave a comment:

Carl holding the machine gun and not firing got a Star Trek 5 Captain Kirk reaction out of me....

I fastforwarded through the entire episode.
Carl doesn't shoot Negan. Come on, people! He kills guards without flinching, but he gives Negan plenty of time to hide (and get himself clobbered).
Negan finds Judith. Come on, what did you expect?
Which reminds me (about a previous ep): which idiot leaves a notebook with details about every gun for Negan to find? Rip that thing up, hide guns!
Who is writing this nonsense? A five year old?
And what do we get? Another entire episode of Negan bullying/threatening people and smiling. Riveting stuff...Leave a comment:

Carl had the perfect chance to redeem himself as a watchable character and he ruined it.
When Negan asked him to sing a song - any sony ----- carl should have started singing ---Were you born an azzhole, or did you work at it your whole lifeLeave a comment:

This article hits all the right spots...read the entire thing, to the last sentence; "I thought the face melting/burning effect when Negan shoved the hot iron into that dude’s face looked kind of crappy. Was that just me?"
If you’re invested in a TV series, it can be tough watching the protagonist making a decision you know to be dumb. If three protagonists all make a dumb

Why would Rosita insult Eugene by calling him a coward? He had already proven himself earlier.
That was not cool, Rosita...you and I need to talk...over a few drinks of course...

yeah. he should have sprayed negan's guys with bullets.
but then the show would be over too.
I like the interaction between negan and carl.
nice tension.
Daryl's conflict is good too.
I am happy to follow negan in this new direction.
especially his interaction with the baby.
good stuff.
when TV makes you mad at the characters, it's doing something right.Leave a comment:
