I just had a thought about the series finally of this show, any chance they could have already filmed the final episode when they filmed the first episode. Depending on how this wraps up in the end that would be a shocker, no one would have aged or died when it airs. -
Carl has a Romeo Juliet storyline with a group called Whisperers. I believe they alluded to them in an early Alexandria episode, but they're most likely going to follow that. So he can be shot separate from the rest of the cast and still go to college.Leave a comment:

Good Lord but that was a boring episode. What even happened to move the story along? Jack squat, that's what.Leave a comment:

If this goes any slower, it will be in slow motion.
This whole season is basically a waste of time, especially mine.Leave a comment:

To be honest they could kill off everybody and it wouldn't phase me.
Starting to like the whole Neegan and crew comic book villainy for comedy sake.Leave a comment:

Wow, I would have thought either Norman Reedus or Melissa McBride were in the season 1 opening credits... but sure enough, you are correct.
I bet they will not kill Carl off, but find a way to limit him to a few episodes. Honestly, that is what I've always wanted for Carl.Leave a comment:

There is no suspense at all about Negan. Considering early in season 7 Jeffrey Dean Morgan admitted he signed a contract for season 8, there went any melodramatics on that one! What will be interesting to see is if Chandler Riggs (Carl) finally gets killed off. With Chandler heading off to Auburn for college in the fall, many think he is done with the series. The only reason I would care is because he was one of the last original credited members from season one (Andrew Lincoln being the other).Leave a comment:

Agreed with everyone. That was dull, dull, dull... Why do story archs have to last an entire season, or in this case, probably more.Leave a comment:

Very disappointed with last nights show. They could have laid down the foundation for all of what happened in about 10-15 minutes and expanded on what's happening in the other areas. geez...Leave a comment:

Last nights episode was another meh
I hate story arcs because it seems the true meat is in the finale and everything else is just build up filler.Leave a comment:

Sasha is a goner...she's got the new Star Trek gig...no way in hell can she manage two shows at the same time.Leave a comment:

I finally got caught up. Next season is All-Out War, so they really don't need to kill anyone yet. The cliffhanger could be just like Terminus, except Ezekiel declares its time.
Benjamin's death was actually impactful because he wasn't Carl.
The big question for me is Eugene. Is this a full turn or is he setting them up? If it's a full turn, Rosita most likely kills him. That would be a great ending to their whole crew.Leave a comment:

Sasha got her leading role Star Trek gig...so that means she's more than likely not to make it back alive.
I have no idea about Rosita's fate...Leave a comment:

The Sasha/Rosita plan is pretty dubious at best. Succeed or fail it will probably bring the Saviors down on Alexandria before they're ready. Even if they aren't caught any attempt on Negan would make him suspect the group that had challenged him.
I don't know if Eugene is turning evil or not but Negan has put him as high on the food chain as he has ever been and he's certainly taking advantage of it.Leave a comment:
