^ This arc is becoming painful...I could care less about Carl...and Sophie might as well be zombie fodder cause she's been out there for about 3 days now...I can't see where the kid has enough wits to survive on her own for that long without running in to a walker...

In is a real life scenario...no way in hell that kid survives a gunshot like that without immediate professional medical attention...bacterial infection, sepsis, and super bugs, would be his undoing...I don't care how good that veterinarian is...lol.

That was addressed on the Talking Dead, and they came to the conclusion that you have to be alive and moving for the Zombies to attack. Guess fresh kill is not tasty enough for them.

Yeah, but they showed in the same episode how the hanging zombie's legs were stripped of flesh by walkers, so that defeats that argument. Of course, Shane didn't know that. They should have just parked closer to the school.

Shane was the best choice to make it back.Sorry just a fact.That being said being a large man I would have shot Shane,because in the end you don't have to be in great shape to get away from a horde if they are busy eating!!!

I agree that was kind of the message of the episode.

Would it have been better for them both to die? And effectively doom the boy in the process? Remember he volunteered to go on that very risky mission in the first place... so it's not like he is some heartless monster. It's just that "right" and "wrong" gets complicated when the zombie apocalypse hits...

You're close, but it's not Rick that shoots him.

I'm actually suspecting that they are going to change who shoots him in the TV show that will give even more impact to the events to come.

Looks like this season will take place on Hershel's farm, which means we'll probably have to wait for next season for Mchonne to show up.

I do like the fact that already, the TV version of Maggie is a stronger character than her comic counterpart.
