Of course I do, ya ever been to Walmart on Saturday morning? I think that's when they sneak 'em in via a portal of some kind, cleverly hidden somewhere amongst the Womans plus sizes.

I think you all need to get away from your tvs/computers and get out of the house more often This is starting to sound/look like a Star Trek convention

Yes. I believe in aliens. Luckily for me, I haven't encountered any. But I have had a horrific dream once and it was quite frightening. In my dream, it felt like I was looking at evil itself, and this alien was hunting my family down.

There's just way too much unexplained things going on. Too many sightings...weird stuff but neat.

I honestly believe the Human Race is not smart enough to determine, at this point, that there is or isn't alien life out there.
    It's too early for us.
It would be better to get our own sh*t together first, and make the planet a better place to live.
If aliens ever decide to get near us, I would advise them to take a detour around Earth.

If we land a man on mars he will be an alien.

As I have more than adequately established before, I not only believe in the existence of intelligent extraterrestrials, I firmly believe that they have visited (and continue to visit) this planet.

I am also of the belief that extraterrestrials throughout the universe exist in varying levels of technological advancement: Everything from primitives (when compared to us) to highly evolved and advanced (when compared to us).

Also, I strongly suspect that IF I am right about extraterrestrials visiting this planet, then they must have expended a tremendous amount of energy and resources to make the trip.

Consequently, they must be highly intelligent and (more than likely) socially evolved... not at all the war-like barbarians looking to wipe us out that some fear they might be. Their agenda would likely be exploratory / scientific... not destruction.

I've never really prescribed to the "Independance Day" / "War of the Worlds" scenrio... although it makes for great entertainment.

Once again, these are only my opinions, and not based in any scientific experiment or observations.

If you are referring to the Bible, it is more than 2,000 years old. Jesus if nothing else was a real life historical figure who walked the Earth 2,000 years ago....this is a fact and well documented by historians outside the bible who had no apparent ulterior motives in mentioning his name.

If the spores and mucus theory were accurate, then wouldn't we see more alien spores and mucus showing up randomly on Earth today?

i said it before, we are all aliens

we crashed landed here as spores and mucus

brushing over eggsagerated religious beliefs and phoney 2,000 odd year old stories about from where we once came

if we came from another place surely some source of life form can exist out there somewhere

As I said in a previous thread, I'm agnostic toward it. I seriously doubt that any form of intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe.

I'm sure there is life elsewhere in the universe. Have they visited us? Who knows?

I understand the argument that traveling so far would seem out of the question, but it's inherently flawed. Who knows what forms of travel other beings might have devised? You can't judge the question of whether or not extraterrestrials have visited us based on what we know about space travel, because there's a good chance that there's a heck of a lot we don't know.

Perhaps the option of visiting Earth from a quadrillion light years away is only a hop, skip and a jump to those who have the technology to do it. (Black holes, multidimensional travel, or whatever.)

My mind says no, but my butt says yes, thanks to the probe.

Seriously, it wouldn't surprise me. I've never seen anything myself, but I know others who have seen "UFOs". Of course that doesn't mean that they were alien in nature at all, but I'm still open-minded.

    >If there are aliens in space, I doubt they look like Kevin Spacey, although that would be cool if they did.

It's an interesting point to consider; since we really only have one example to work from. It's possible that the humanoid form is some kind of universal; and most lifeforms would be similar. It's also possible that it's a fluke, and aliens would all look NOTHING like us. But until we have at least two examples it's all conjecture....

According to the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy:

-The universe is big. About as close to infinite as you can get. Only a finite number of planets have life. So; any number divided by infinity is about as close to zero as you can get. Therefore there is NO intelligent life in the universe.

And anyone saying otherwise is obviously the creation of a deranged imagination.
