How do you buy beer in your state ?

As anybody who's visited Canada knows, we have a Beer store and a Liquor store. The Liquor store sells beer but the beer store does not sell liquor. You cannot buy beer at the grocery store, gas station, corner store etc.

I'm in Canada as well,this the same rule all over Canada,With exception of Alberta which is privatized and not Government run.The only other differences are the age restrictions in different provinces.Here in Manitoba you only need to be 18 to buy booze!!!
when I lived in BC you had to be 19 so we used to go to Alberta cause you only had to be 18 there as well.Not sure about the other provinces but I 36 now anyway so I don't care anymore...LOL

we can buy beer anywhere in New York. Liquor only in the Liquor stores, which close at 7 and are not open on Sundays. Something about old farmer laws. I have visited some dry states and that is just unconstitutional.

I have also purchased beer at McDonalds all over Europe. My recollection is that they serve local beers as there are breweries everywhere over there. Nothing like a McBeer though.

Personally, I buy my beer by the barrel so I don't have to waste time I could be drinking, going to the store.

I Used to Live in Manhattan Kansas, AKA The Little Apple about 10 years ago. They were Dry on Sunday. So we would stock up on Saturday by the case load. Why, not Really sure why we needed so much, it was just a habit that everyone had. The Liquor store Beer had the higher Alcohol Content.

I Buy all my Beer at the Liquor Store nowadays. Funny thing is, I still have a Fridge full of Beer leftover from Thanksgiving. I've been trying to finish it with my Friends, But theres just so Much
