We don't really have an attic, more of a crawlspace. It's empty though, most of our "crap" is stored in the laundry room and a big shed in the backyard. Now that I think about it though, I probably should start storing some stuff up there so it's out of the way (accessing it is inconvenient, so it would have to be stuff that I can't bring myself to through away, but probably won't look at for years)Comment

Up in my second floor / attic space, I just have... a bunch of STAR WARS toy stuff.
Before anyone asks: I started collecting this stuff back in 1978 as an 11 year old kid hoping to re-enact the moves someday, hence the squadrons of fighter ships and armies of action figure troops (inside the collector cases)
30 years later, things have clearly gotten... a bit out of hand.
EVERYTHING has been opened, removed from the packaging, and, uh... played with (yes I admit it! SO What?). But I just use the packagings to store / protect the toys again. I've got no room (or interest, really, for display).
Anyway... I've gone to counseling, and I'm seeing a therapist now, regarding this illness, so I am getting better. Really I am. Now I only quote STAR WARS dialogue about 30 times a day...
Who was that giggling? I am getting better, dammit!Last edited by darklord1967; May 23, '08, 10:22 PM.I... am an action figure customizerComment
