Achey Breaky Heart. My goodness the song was so bad from it came an even worse dance!
And now, 15 years later, Billy Ray has wrought the cancer on our society known as Hannah Montana. Ye gods.

That song is an anthem around here and I can't stand it.

Having spent a significant amount of time on tractors, I can tell you that no woman finds a tractor sexy. The song is wrong. More like, "She Thinks My Tractor is Indicative of My Inability to Afford a Porsche."

                  i always liked that bit

                  so...

seems like most of the biggest hates are lets hear it for the boy... and phil collins anything by

what if you could take one of these hated tunes and remix it to todays standards, what song would you choose to flip ?

Yep. Wrong wrong wrong. Don't ask me why, I find some of her stuff exhilarating. A very cool concert.

"Let's Hear It for The Boy" but only if it was done by Yoko Ono. If I'm going to have a brain hemmorage, might as well make it a good one so I at least die quickly.

                        Janet Jackson
                        Phil Collins
                        Billy Joel

I think they and all of their songs are grossly overplayed and over appreciated. It’s gotten to the point that the very sound of their shrill wretched voices causes me pain. There are of course others I cannot stand. But these vocal blights are the greatest offenders of sadistically overplayed songs.

I also DESPISE boy bands and pop divas as a genre and I think they are an assault on the ears of humanity and a stain on our culture.

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Like most Steinman/Meatloaf songs, I'm pretty sure it was intended to be "bad". So dramatic, but with a comic twist. The video to the song made it look like a sincere epic though.

Billy Thorpe's "Children of the Sun"

I remember a radio DJ in Baltimore used to actually use that song as a weapon when people would call up and request something stupid.
The only horrible thing that song is missing is the digital/synthetic clap sound. Luckily Thorpe missed that craze by about two years or he may have recorded the most unholy song ever. Even with that omission I still give it four-and-a-half steaming logs outta five.
