Your TOP-5 Fav Pro Wresters of all time

The Warrior thread had me thinking....
How 'bout a Top-5 Fav wresting poll.......

    Mine would be .......

    1. Hulk Hogan
    He's just THE MAN

    2. Roddy Piper
Loved him when he was really nasty..
Like hitting Snuka with that coconut on Piper's Pit

    3. Andre the Giant
Even when he was bad, you knew he was the nicest guy in the whole world

    4. Honkey Tonk Man
This guy was great ..... What better gimmick then as people boo him -- He thanks them and says "I know you'all love me"

    5. Macho Man
    Oooooh--Yea ....... nuff said

I'm old school wrestling and haven't watched it in years so I really don't know any of the current wrestlers.

Andre the Giant was by far my favorite. I remember his foot was so big that it would cover an entire man face from head to chin when he gave someone a big foot to the face.

Bob Backlund-my earliest memory of a champion. He had me totally convinced that wrestling was real. I still remember McMahon interviewing him and he had no fancy name, no fancy outfit, and acted very humble saying "I'm just going to go and give 110% and we'll see what happens"

Hulk Hogan-The one and only wrestler that I've seen be able to pick up and slam Andre the Giant to the mat.

Rowdy Roddy Piper-This guy was hilarious. Some friends of mine attended a Wrestling event dressed in kilts and Roddy Piper signs. The fans who just didn't quite get it, surrounded their car and almost turned it over.

Captain Lou Albano-Ok, he wasn't a wrestler but I liked his unique use of rubber bands.

BTW, any of you wrestling fans know...
Remember a few years ago when Elizabeth was found dead in Lugar's house?

What was the turnout of that ?
Did Lugar ever get in trouble ?

The news never did a follow-up story.

Lex had some sort of stroke a while back, and I think he's still rehabbing. He also found Jesus, so no more drugs.

Miss Liz, it turned out to be an overdose of painkillers and booze that did her in. I think Lex got probabtion or something for having the stuff without prescription, but nothing in her death since it was ruled accidental.
