^^^Exactly. I have a Chinese place a few doors down from my store that pretty much sucks. Their Tso is way too sweet. It should be spicy and brown, not orange and citrusy. I have a place not too far form here where General Tso is an item on the buffet. I don't indulge too much, but that sounds pretty good at this moment. There used to be a place around here that served peanut chicken. The entire crust of the chicken was batter and tiny crushed peanuts with a peanut sauce on top. They went under and I've nevre seen anotehr place make it like that.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.
I love General Tsao and most places around here just try to pass off chicken dunked in Sweet and Sour sauce, it makes me crazy. One (kind of dirty) place down town gets it perfectly right and they get all my business.

At the Asian restaurant by our house, my go-to dish is usually sushi. Either one of the jumbo platters or either a Dancing Eel or Godzilla roll.
As far as the traditional Chinese half of their menu, my favorite dish is probably the "Sizzling Beef" -- although we almost always get pork fried rice when we go, even if we are also getting sushi -- it is a good chaser for my leftover Wasabi-infused soy sauce.
