^^^Exactly. I have a Chinese place a few doors down from my store that pretty much sucks. Their Tso is way too sweet. It should be spicy and brown, not orange and citrusy. I have a place not too far form here where General Tso is an item on the buffet. I don't indulge too much, but that sounds pretty good at this moment. There used to be a place around here that served peanut chicken. The entire crust of the chicken was batter and tiny crushed peanuts with a peanut sauce on top. They went under and I've nevre seen anotehr place make it like that.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

At the Asian restaurant by our house, my go-to dish is usually sushi. Either one of the jumbo platters or either a Dancing Eel or Godzilla roll.
As far as the traditional Chinese half of their menu, my favorite dish is probably the "Sizzling Beef" -- although we almost always get pork fried rice when we go, even if we are also getting sushi -- it is a good chaser for my leftover Wasabi-infused soy sauce.
