My favorite European team has always been the Netherlands (perennial runner up finishers)...so I'll root for them too...they are the exception, lol.

I'll be watching on both ABC and ESPN...but not UNIVISION...as I HATE that play-by-play Spanish-speaking announcer...Pablo "la Torre de Jalisco" Ramirez...that dude blows.

Had it been on TELEMUNDO, than I'd be watching that instead...as Andres Cantor is a TRILLION times better than Pablo Ramirez. Unfortunately, UNIVISION beat out TELEMUNDO for the Spanish World Cup telecasts. You can still hear Cantor's play-by-play...but only on radio. Forget radio, lol.

Supporting England as usual. Plus, rooting for USA.
Alas, Canada aren't in the World Cup (yet again). Last time they qualified was 1986.

Yeah Im on, friends coming round today, the game kicks off 22:00 my time. Was in Brazil last year, and asked loads of people if they thought Brazil would win, not a single person said yes, crazy eh. Will Spain do it again? I think Germany might win, but a european team have never won it, in the America's. Weve got crap weather coming up for the next week, so what else am I going do do lol..

Oh boy, the World Cup kicks off today at 12:30 pm PST on ESPN.

Brazil, the host nation, faces Croatia.

I'm of course gonna try and watch games most games...this is by far...my favorite world sporting event.

THIS IS A MONTH LONG TOURNAMENT!

But, I want the World Cup to remain in the Americas...so I'll root for Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Honduras...as well, lol.

We are not going to let the bloody Europeans, Asians, Africans, and you too, Aussies ()...take it from us...THE AMERICAS...THE NEW WORLD, BABY!!!

OK, one lone European exception...the Netherlands...that team is awesome to watch...and most dangerous.
