    It was worse than Superman-3

For me, not having Robert Duvall made it feel illegitimate.

Also, loading it up with opera music makes it unwatchable

Finally, the girl who played the daughter was horrible

I fell asleep during the original version of Solaris.
        Does that count?
It's about a guy who's constantly sleeping and dreaming, so it made sense, in a way...

I've never walked out of a movie I paid money to see in a theatre. I did get up and leave a friends house when they started watching The Cable Guy. I couldn't make it through the first 30 minutes.

Same here Scott. I may have sat through a few bad movies but I have never walked out on one yet.

Vanilla Sky - This movie sucked so bad I bet nobody knows how it ended.

Also, Contact - Unfortunatley i watched the whole thing just to find out the alien was the image of her Father. What a slap in the face and a cheap out in the special effects/make-up department. Lame, Lame Lame! If i knew that earlier i would have walked out for sure.

I also have never walked out of a movie no matter how bad. I figure the money is spent, might as well stick it out. I have fallen asleep during a few movies which doesn't happen too often either but in certain instances when movies run over 2 hours and there is a lull in the plot; I will oftentimes find that I can't keep my eyes open. My wife is even worse than me but then again I guess we have our different tastes in movies. Still, I can't help but wonder how she could possibly sleep through a scene akin to the D-Day Normandy scence during the beginning of "Saving Private Ryan" but she can and does.

Just remembered, I did walk out of another movie.

It was called Dead of Winter

They should have called it just "Dead" as in how fast it moves along

A movie called First Sight with Val Kilmer. It was my GFs idea.

I got booted out of a theatre once.
They were showing Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.
I was the only one who had bought a ticket for that showing, and the theatre owner refused to run the film because "it wasn't worth the effort".

I was young then. I'd show him Killer Tomatoes now...

I've never walked out of a movie, but there are a few I wish I had. If I'm watching on DVD I'll turn it off or fast forward through it to see if it gets any better.

                          A few I wish I could unwatch:

Death Becomes Her - wow another Bruce Willis movie
Pirates of the Carriabain 2 - I hated it
Blair Witch - the special Sci Fi ran before the film was released was much better than the movie.
Stars Wars Phatom Menace - I have tried several times to watch it and it still sucks
Star Wars Attack of the Clones - I fell asleep during it
10,000 BC - made it through the first ten minutes and turned it off
Nightmare before Christmas - Just couldn't get into it
Indiana Jones 4 - Made it as far as the fight in the beginnig at the warehouse and couldn't take anymore
