I'm sure that you'll be happy with whatever model you end up with. Keep size in mind when you start your search. For the most part, the standard Oysters are 36mm (Datejust, Air King, etc.) and the Oyster Professionals (Subs, Yacht Masters, Daytonas, GMT's, etc.) are 40mm. While that Datejust model looks perfect on cockyhoskins' wrist, it was too small on mine when I tried it on; and I believe the Lipton ranges from 28-31mm.

have fun with your purchase and be sure to post pics.
    Awesome!!!!!!!!

    What a beauty!

Thanks for the technical info as well.

You know, I'm kinda leaning towards a vintage one with leather strap...I dig that look, especially since I don't pimp attire, I'm sort of a jean and t-shirt kinda guy, lol.

Hey Hector, I got a great deal on this bad boy from a guy on the subway. He assured me it is the real deal.
He seemed like a real nice fella too. If I see him again on there, you want me to ask if he has another Rolex for ya buddy?

Nice watch JB! You are definitely right. The Datejust was not the model I wanted going in, but it was honestly the only one that didn't look and feel like I was wearing a small car on my wrist. LOL

A $1,500 watch...that's about eight Hot Toys figures, right?
                  Captain America+Thor+Iron Man+Hawkeye+Hulk+Black Widow+Nick Fury+War Machine...
                  The entire Avengers+a $20 watch...
                  .
                  .
                  .

My wife sells new homes. When explaining the difference between used and new, she says "the toilet seats" and... "toenails in the carpets". LOL

                                I love vintage stuff.

All my cars have been bought used, hell, my house was bought used.

Did you all buy brand new homes?

                                Aren't Megos vintage?

The Rolex I'm getting has been professionally cleaned..
