But in my humble opinion, his best movie ever is Elf, I already consider that movie a Christmas classic.

I'm in the camp where there's pretty much nothing on the lists I haven't seen, save for 2 of the Fast and Furious movies. I worked at video stores for 6 yrs. and have run movie theatres for over a decade. It's kind of what I do.

If you love movies you should check out "Singin' in the Rain". It's a lot more fun than you might think, and it sends up Hollywood and the coming of the sound era. Plus, princess Liea's mom is such a doll in it!

I didn't bother with an exact count, but I think I've seen at least 75% of the movies on that IMDB top 250 list. Kinda surprised myself, but yeah, I agree that most of the ones on the list that I saw are indeed damn good movies.

"Big" movies that I've never seen include:

The Godfather trilogy (think I made it almost an hour through the first one then gave up, I have no interest in watching anymore of these)
The Rocky series (no interest, not a Stallone fan, not a boxing fan, etc)
Top Gun (never really had any desire to see it)
    Dirty Dancing ("chick flick"?)
    Any Twilight film (gak, no!)

I'm also not a musical fan at all, so I have never seen "Sound of Music", "Singing in the Rain", "Grease", etc). I've always hated musical numbers in films, even when I was a kid, I hated it when a song popped up in a Marx Brothers or Disney film, I still do. Weirdly, the only exception is the musical numbers in "Sucker Punch", that worked for me for some odd reason, oh, and I don't mind them in "Nightmare Before Christmas" either.

Oh, I also can't stand Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell either, so I've never seen most of their films too, except "Anchorman" which wasn't terrible, but I don't seem to like it as much as many of my peers do.

One of my top 5 all time favorite movies. I just watched it twice in the last two weeks. You can't go wrong with Nolen, Bale, Michel Cane, Scarlett J., Hugh Jackman and Bowie as Tesla. All top notch in this movie.

Oldboy (This one has been at the top of my must see list for a while, but for some reason it just never works out.)
The Lord of the Rings movies (just don't care for some reason.)
    Titanic
    Avatar
    The Deer Hunter
All of Terrence Malick's movies (I feel like I should see them, but it also seems like they're going to be a drag.)

Out of curiosity I went through the IMDb top 250 list, and these are the ones I haven't seen yet:

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)
    City of God (2002)
Once Upon a Time in the West (1968)
    The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
    The Lives of Others (2006)
    The Prestige (2006)
Once Upon a Time in America (1984)
    Oldboy (2003)
    Grave of the Fireflies (1988)
    A Separation (2011)
    Downfall (2004)
The Secret in Their Eyes (2009)
    Star Trek Into Darkness (2013)
    Into the Wild (2007)
    Amores Perros (2000)
    Persona (1966)
    Howl's Moving Castle (2004)
    Life of Pi (2012)
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012)
    Anatomy of a Murder (1959)
    Sleuth (1972)
    The Artist (2011/I)
    Infernal Affairs (2002)
    Stalker (1979)
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003)
    Memories of Murder (2003)
    Ip Man (2008)
The Diving Bell and the Butterfly (2007)
    La Haine (1995)
    Incendies (2010)
All Quiet on the Western Front (1930)
    3 Idiots (2009)
    Like Stars on Earth (2007)
Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984)
    Mystic River (2003)
The Perks of Being a Wallflower (2012)
Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring (2003)
    The Help (2011)

I haven't looked at the top 250 list for a while, it's interesting to see more foreign movies making it on here.
Three of these movies I had never even heard of before, and from googling them it turns out they're all animated movies based on manga.

The problem with Transformers is that you can't tell which robot is which when they are fighting, it's all muddled down in a heap of a mess, and LeBeouf is annoying as hell. It's just a loud big budget MTV video. But I saw them, I watch most movies at least once before I pass on judgment, that's how I roll.

One exception, musicals, I hate them with a passion...and just ignore them altogether.

Anchorman has some classic lines and bits but was uneven to me. The fight and the Afternoon Delight number had me rolling, but other parts just went on too long or didn't hit me as funny, and I didn't care much for the ending. Blades of Glory and Taledaga Nights are stronger efforts by Ferrell, at least to my tastes.

Newer films i havent seen for whatever reason but most likely will at some point:
    Ironman 2
    Watchmen
    Bourne series
    StarTrek
    The Hobbit
    Avatar

    Have no interest in whatsoever:
    Twilight series
    Harry Potter series
Any sequel to Transformers (Love the '80s cartoons/toys/comics and think the first film was garbage)
