    Just curious who else likes the movie " Willow" ??

    I was just curious cause it's one of my all time faves(maybe cause I was a kid when it came out) I really liked it and still do...The only thing I hated were how bad the figures sucked..But I still have them and love them

    Anyone else? I thought Kilmer was awesome

      One of my favs! I hated that they never made a toy line on this movie. Just never made sense to me.

      Next month it will be released in blu ray and i'm stoked!

          I wanted to like it but just couldn't get into it. I my have to give it a go again though.

              It's not a bad film at all. Its one of Val Kilmer's first staring roles and I think Ron Howard did a fine job directing it. It's been mentioned on a few movie sites that Howard and Lucas clashed slightly while filming it.

              Critics often pan it because it recycles elements of Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark in a few places here and there. I dont think its to noticeable though, and its overall a pretty good film.

              I dont think it measures up well against The Princess Bride though.

                      Wasnt she the actress in Dumb and Dumber? Thats the only other movie I think I can remember her from.

                              I liked this movie a lot I was a kid when it came out as well so that may be a factor.

                                      I haven't seen it in years, so I really can't say one way or another. It didn't click with me real well back then, though. Kind of a "meh" from me, honestly.

                                                  I was mixing her up with someone eles.

                                                  Her imb page says she was in Pink Floyd's The Wall and was also in the Scarlett Tv mini-series.

                                                      Certainly one of the better fantasy films, good clean action adventure flick, Some of the effects are a bit dated.
