you would be surprised what people collect though, and value is only measured by who wants it.

Agreed. I didn't even watch the behind the scenes. I thought his wife was being very respectful and reasonable with him. Personally, I would have traded the 2000 comics for the one, but that's just me. Haven't seen the newest episode yet.

Don't believe it. She is a huge collector herself. Part of that crap was hers. They have been only together just before comiccon. There is a 52 minute youtube of them after the show. If there relationship works out, it will be hoarderville for both of them. She has a video of her birthday stash, all worthless hoarder crap.

I didn't care for this weeks show. The weird guy bugged the heck out of me. He had some great stuff, but he was just a *******. And i don't think the dork's girlfriend was hot. They didn't show her face much, but it looked like it was full of acne. To me she didn't look hot anyway. And the host can look hot at times, but when she smiles, she looks like a female Joker.

Its made worse than what it is for TV I think, but thats TV I guess. If you ignore the bickering and the whinning its okay. I like just being able to see other people stuff. I don't care that a specific comic book line carried someone through a tough time in their life. If it ment that much to them it would be display not shoved in a box. Watch the show with the volume off and Bob Seger playing in the back round its much much better

The poster guy's collection was unbelievable. I almost wept when he sold that Naschy poster and the spook show stuff was just phenomenal. He needs to move to a place with high ceilings so he can display better.

The modern toy guy with the cute gf and his mumbling inability to finish a sentence was painful to watch, I kept thinking "this guy's just a slob".

Ooof. I know beauty is subjective, but I did not find that chick attractive at all. But yes, he was a slob.

Yeah, that one guy had a fantastic collection. I'd love to browse through it all. It's too bad that if you collect posters like that, most of them will remain unseen unless you have a huge amount of wall space.

Yeah, that's the one thing that holds me back. I'm blessed enough that my wife and i both loved exploitation cinema and have several great posters on display but unfortunately my collection still runs into the laundry room. Add in animation cels and original comic art (hers, not mine) and it stops you dead when you see cool posters...
