I live in the countryside. Driving is essential. I have 2002 Alfa Romeo 156 Twin Spark and its definitely on its last legs methinks.

We have a 2004 Trailblazer and a 2009 Mini Cooper. We got the Mini because we wanted a fun ride and before we had a baby - with a kid now it makes absolutely zero sense to have a Mini so we are looking for a new ride. I'm partial to Audi's but they changed the body style AGAIN on the A4 (2013) so we decided last night it's out. So my wife gets to choose.

I hate the JUKE. We were with some friends in Calif a few weeks ago and I had no idea my buddy's G/F drove one...I blurted out "Man, that is one UGLY car"...he goes "Ally has a JUKE"...

I drive a mid-2000 Ford Freestar mini-van and my wife a Suburban from around the same time. When you have 6 kids it takes big cars to go anywhere.

I drive the new Mitsubishi-I Miev 100% electric car. My daily commute is about 20 miles and I can plug it in near work for free. I plug it in at home a few times during the week and on weekends. I don't even know how much a gallon of gas cost. The government calculates it gets 112 mile-per-gallon equivalent.

Wouldn't work for everybody, but I love it and Portland has really embraced electric vehicles and have put up many charging stations. My favorite part is how quiet it is.

I'm quite happy tooling around town in my bright yellow 2001 Ford Focus ZX3. It's a five-speed, easy on gas, corners really well and zips through traffic jams like a low flying jet. Many of my friends have nicknamed it "The 'Naner" since it IS kind a banana yellow....

I drive a black 1997 Ford Probe. It's paid for and I don't feel like another car note and incresed insurance costs tight now. It has been giving me a bit of trouble the last yeat and a half so I will have to replace it at some point anyway. Then again if I buy something new I would still keep my old car because I've put a lot of money into it. I would lose a lot of money trading it im.

This used to be one of my rides. But, alas, I sold it. It was very difficult. However, since I converted my garage into a family room some years ago, I just couldn't see leaving this in the driveway and facing the elements year after year. It would have soon started to rust and I couldn't bear the thought. It went to a great home WITH a garage.

Beautiful little Pinto, dude! I kinda of wonder WHY Ford hasn't reintroduced the Pinto to modern times? I guess the stigma on it is too strong. 'Course, you'd think they'd at least re-introduce the Maverick and market it towards the younger crowd who can't afford a Mustang...

I drive a 1990 Renault 5 GT Turbo Raider only 300 or so left on the road in the UK.

Why? Because it's a fast little motor for what it is,I have always loved these pocket rockets and mainly because it's cheap to insure, cheap road tax and not bad on fuel.

My favorite muscle car is the 3rd Generation Firebird/Trans Am year from 1982-1989 Firebird and Trans Am with T-Tops that very comfortable me to driving with high performance 350 Chevy and 700-R4 O.D (Over Drive) auto. trans.

The worse is 1984 GMC pick up Truck with SWB (Short Wide Bed) that has over sized body, it killing my back while I'm working on the engine that had a major adjustment with high performance '83 305 Chevy, I pulling a chair to the fenders and climbing inside and out of the engine compartment A LOT. Also, when I get in the Truck that makes me to crawling over the bench because of the height Cap and wider bench, can't reaching the pass.'s side window crank when the rain comes out.

Last 11 days ago, a B lady with a small white car ran into my rear right side of the bed and wrecked my Truck REAL hard that damaged all the frame (bent) that very upset me and stressed out. I had blacked out durned wrecked and bumped my head and on the lower back spine but I'm pretty OK...... My State Farm insurance came over and checked my Truck and communicate with my Mother and her best friend's Husband, the insurance lady told me I have 2 choice is fixing my Truck OR buying another Car. There is no way to fixing the Truck's frame with 1K 400, so I have to finding a very good condition 1982-'89 Firebird or Trans Am with factory 305 Chevy V8 with F.I carb., not a T.P.I - that is very expensive repairs the wiring harness and computer system than a regular F.I carb. cars. I can swap my Truck's high performance 305 with 700-R4 O.D (Over Drive) trans. into Firebird/Trans Am then will put an original Firebird/Trans Am engine with 700-R4 O.D 4 speed transmission into my Truck and then will to selling the crappy Truck, will never ever buying a Truck anymore.............

Well like Rallygirl was saying I started out with Pontiac Firebirds, I have had 10 of them ranging from 79 TA through the last 02 Firebird, but then I discovered Mustangs and I have had 12 of those mine now is a 2000 GT Convertible with only 15k miles. I just got a 2003 Dodge Dakota off E-bay just to be able to haul stuff and drive to work. Since my First Trans-Am when I was 18 I have had close to 50 cars mostly Firebirds, Camaros, Mustangs, Jeep Cherokees, Dodge Dakotas, and a few other cars like a Honda Accord 2 dr, Colorado, H-3 Hummer, and even a Ford Escort. My fastest car was a 99 Z-28 Camaro with a 6 speed LS1. I really love my Mustang and my Trauck now though, everyone should have a truck at home. Sorry for rambling I'm a car Freak just as much as a Trek Freak!!!

                                i have had 5 Camaros 79, 89, 92, 94, and 99. Firebirds 79, 82, 87, 89, 91, 92, 95, 96, 98, and 02. I want another FireBird really bad, Mustangs I have had 12 they were 87 GT, 96 GT conv, 97 GT, 97 Cobra, 99, 00 GT, 00 GT, 00 GT, 00 GT convt, 04, 09, and 10. The vehicle I didn't like that I had ever was the old Escort and the 02 Ranger because they weren't much fun to drive like a Mustang or Trans Am.
