Yeah, I enjoy the subs you get at Gas Stations, I don't even think they're made in this country. I rarely say "I'm glad I ate that" in my life.
Something about the McRib just fell flat, it didn't have that extra "oomf" that justified my eating it.
Five guys has moved into Canada, I'm curious to check it out.

I openly admit, I still eat way more fast food than I should and even though I train hard 5 days a week and dive and surf quite a bit, if I did cut it out completely and let's say, ate an apple or a grilled chicken breast instead of McDonald's or Five Guys, I'd get my lower abs to show and probably lose a few pounds, but I'm just not that concerned about it I guess--
For 43, I think I'm in pretty good shape and have no problem keeping up with guys half my age in the water or at the gym. I can run a 5k no problem, swim a mile without breaking a sweat and can hold my breath for almost 3 minutes at 30ft. Granted, I'm not in the kind of shape I was in at 25 and my doctor says the sodium and chemicals are what can get you in the end with fast food, not the calories and fat if you're in good shape, but you've got to enjoy life.
