ManoWar "Hail to England"- I couldn't find it on Vinyl or Tape but couldn't resist owning it. I think I paid like $35 for it and didn't get to play until a couple of years later.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

I've always thought that was a clever name for Big Black's first CD.
My first CD was Ozzy Osbourne's "The Ultimate Sin". When I first got a CD player, there wasn't much of a selection where I lived, but that disc wasn't a bad choice. I remember travelling up to Sam the Record Man in Toronto a month or two later and going nuts over the huge selection of CDs compared to stores in my area (which usually amounted to one or two skimpy racks).Comment

That ain't late. '87 was early. I waited until '95. Still have the player. Still HATE cd's.
I also love how the record labels about DOUBLED the price of albums with the advent of CD's--yet anyone that knows the cost of manufacturing knows that CD's are way cheaper to manufacture than LP's. It was a royal screw job.......Comment

Paul McCartney- Off The Ground.
It was the early 90s and I just bought a CD walk man for the first time and it hooked up to my stereo through an RCA input. I picked up Paul McCartney's new one at the time, "Off The Ground." It was my first CD purchase ever.
Looking back, it wasn't a bad CD. Good music on there!Last edited by Cosmicman; Dec 20, '07, 10:43 PM.More custom Mego madness on Facebook right here...

but count me in as another that thinks the title track
is one of the best rock tracks ever recorded!
IF THERE'S A NEW WAY!
I'LL BE THE FIRST IN LINE!"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris MannixComment

I'm a big fan of that whole era of FLOYD---you know...
DSOTM, WYWH, MEDDLE, ANIMALS, THE WALL etc..."No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive.
