What TV shows or series got cancelled to your dismay?

Sanctuary just had another season.

Seriously? We have series 1 and 2 here on dvd and then i thought it was cancelled.

Just my opinion but I don't really consider some of the shows (especially the older ones) to be of much dismay. Most episodes back then were self contained (meaning the entire plot unfolded in one episode). I get more dismayed with series where the plot line was built to develop over time.

They've been showing it on Watch, which is a pain as i only have freeview and haven't seen it.
It used to be shown on ITV4.

It annoys me that just as we get into a TV show over here your networks mess around with scheduling and it gets cancelled.
I've stopped watching new US programs because of it.

Firefly is one of my favorite shows. Fox is stupid for cancelling it.
My friend just let me watch the whole series of Veronica Mars. It's a great show that ends abruptly.

I'm watching Dollhouse now and I hear it just sort of ends...
