Okay, not for those who are health conscious or are trying to lose weight. Don't try this at home. Here's the article...

That's a variation of the "Luther."

Which was featured on an episode of The Boondocks, and parodied on the Simpsons as "The Good Morning Burger"

Apparently named for Luther Vandross, who enjoyed these regularly, and died at 54.

Wow! That sounded really good today as I just woke up and am pretty hungry right now. Until I got to the part about the heart attack then I was pretty turned off by this.

I don't think the first one will kill 'ya. It might kill me as I'm 5'5" & 280lbs. But you could try one.

I wrote this on the page:

"I would like to try it once, just to see what if it all comes together well.

About people talking about how bad this is because of the obesity problem. People seem to only blame food for weight.

If you look at what people ate in the 50’s and 60’s it was more fat, greasy and calorie laden then we could ever imagine. But they were thinner than us because they were much more active on a regular basis.

It’s the activity levels of most of us that make us fat more than the occasional Krispy Kreme Cheeseburger."

I wrote this because I am sick and tired of the groups that take the latest fat and calorie laden creation (the double down, the grilled cheese-cheeseburger, etc) and shake their fingers at it.

You are absolutely right about that. You hit the nail right on the head.

Most people in those days had gardens to work, cut their grass with a push mower, got out more and socialized with people face to face.

If you look at older houses back in the 70's and later you will note that the doors are smaller and the stairs are more narrow than todays houses. That is all a sign that people have gotten bigger through the years. I have never seen so many people as big as they are today. Even the "little kids" of today are not so little any more.

I agree that lack of activity is a huge contributer to obesity, but I think that our daily calorie/fat intake is higher now than it was in the 1960's. Our junk food portions are larger and we eat more of it.

There is a ton more fast food restaurants these days in comparison. One use to have to travel a bit to get to a fast food restaurant. Now they are basically on every corner almost. They call it a convenience.
