Ahhh... Another one of these threads. Goody!!!
Well, taking into consideration that at the Orange County fair this year, there's a stand selling a deep fried stick of butter (No, I'm not kidding) this doesn't really surprise me. I'm all for this kind of stuff, but keep in mind, I'm a very active guy. I've had the Luther burger and actually really liked it. I passed on the deep fried butter, but did however, try a deep fried twinkie and a deep fried snicker bar. Both were suprisingly incredibly delish. I'm a salty/sweet guy myself, so when I'm at the movies, I get some popcorn and a chocolate bar and kind of eat them simultaneously.
My diet consists mostly of fish and Ore Ida products, but I love this kind of stuff. I think if you work out on a regular basis and stay in shape, eating this kind of stuff once a week isn't gonna kill you. Cigarettes and Booze will do that FAR quicker. As a matter of fact, my doctor has said to me many, many times, that the fact that I don't drink or smoke and never have, is a huge reason of why I'm as healthy as I am. I don't think people (especially Americans), truly realize how much of a killer those things are, as opposed to eating fatty or high calorie foods.
I highly recommend the "Luther"--
