As a proud Canadian I just wish people stop thinking we all speak french and live in the cold (Great White North) when actually we have heat alerts in the summer all the time! One more thing and this is just my opinion, our Mounties are a part of Canada as anything else and they always get there man. Well respected around the world.

I agree with Mikey01 about no borders. When Sept. 11 hit we were right there for you in any way you needed it. Also alot of Canadians died in New York that day. Brothers in arms in every way.

That was because of the G-20. As Canadians we act a lot more respectfull. I can't explained why that happened but it did. I did hear a funny joke on the Radio about homeless people protesting and the poilce got involued. So the radio jockey said what what did they do send them back to their homes?

Funny thing is, they always call the relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom THE "Special Relationship" of the world ... but in my opinion Canada is just as "special" --- in some case more because they're our biggest trading partner and let's not forget NORAD

Hey! It's Wonder Woman's new outfit!

The cops up in Petawawa got a good outfit; lighter armour but with ballistics (the SWAT stuff is for stopping blunt trauma more than bullets) and a red beret. Very sci-fi looking.
