Sometimes it feels like some of the teams are still tenatively waiting to get going.

Until then, I will enjoy this replay-

I agree. I think everyone knows one loss and you are on the verge of elimination so best to play it safe, take a tie and go for broke when you need to. No super dominant team this cup so it is there for the taking.

Well Brasil won as expected but big congrats to Korea for making it really tough for them.

Love the little lego men by the way.

Bit of a let down? You can say it: it was boring

This whole England goal keeper gaffe is really starting to get old with me.

He screwed up but that's how goals usually get scored. Due to somebody making a mistake. England scored their goal off of poor marking in the defense but you don't see them talking about it over and over again. Green also made an excellent save against Altidore which would have caused the USA to win but he doesn't get credit for it.

If England's coach pull's Green for the rest of the tournament; I think it will be a HUGE mistake. I can understand if they pull him if he gives up an easy goal again but it isn't like England is deep with Goal Keeper talent. I am sure the constant criticism he is receiving isn't doing much for his morale and ultimately will create problems for England going forward. Get over it and move on.

If England doesn't get past this and move on, they will find themselves watching the rest of the World Cup on the tele rather than participating in the elmination rounds.

                    Chile won another bore-a-thon.

This has to be the most boring world cup i have ever seen.

Lets hope it all gets going soon.

One of the favorites Spain are in trouble, 1-0 down with 30 minutes to play

Spain couldn't seem to buy a goal. Tons of pressure with no results. This was a fun match to watch!

This makes a Spain-Chile match much more interesting.

Yep, just saw Spain lost 1-0. This could turn out to be one of the most interesting World Cup's in any of our collective lifetimes.

Massive congrats to Switzerland, beating Spain even though Spain had all the ball, all the play, all the shots and 95 mins to come up with something.

Spain and Chile has the potential to be the most exciting...both are all about attack, attack, attack...

Bad news as the host nation lose to Uruguay.

They must beat france now or the host country is out and that is not a good thing for the tournament.
