Hey, never thought of it THAT way....
BRING IT ON or LITTLE BLACK BOOK...but is that because they are "girly" movies or just "crappy" movies???

        My favorite crappy movie is:

Smokey And The Bandit Part 3

        oh wait it's

        Howard The Duck

        no, it's....

        Xanadu

Oh... I can't do this! Bad movies I enjoy are like potato chips for me, you can't eat just one.

        Heartbeeps
        Can't Stop The Music

        somebody please stop me!

Star Trek V: The Final frontier
        Plan 9 From Outer Space
        Superman 3 and 4
        Airport 1979
        Meteor

        (panting)

okay, I think I am now don...

        KING KONG LIVES!
Looker, Runaway and Congo (the Michael Crichton cheese trifecta)

        Okay, now I am done.

I don't know why this was easier than favorite good movie.

I'm trying to decide from "Escape From L.A.", "Sleepaway Camp" and "Kiss Meets The Phantom of the Park".....

Gotta go with Kiss I guess.
Expectation is the death of discovery.

I think of crappy in these terms - everyone TRIED to make a good and normal movie - things didn't really work out. IMDB ratings might help in some cases for figuring out if a movie is crappy, or just silly, I guess.

I really thought The Cable Guy was funny - the murder-twins sub-plot alone killed me. My favorite Jim Carrey comedy, come to think of it. Not for everyone I guess.

                          Kull - hell yeah! AWESOME!

I will gladly count "Twister", it's big budget, but it's also on a 2012 level where physics and logic don't exist. I LOVE IT!

megoapesnut - cool man! I'm really glad you thought this was funny! I added both of yours (okay, so I'm not really following the "one movie" rule too strictly I guess, I just want a really awesome list of amazing and crappy movies.)

fallensaviour - I'll accept Star Trek (unless anyone complains too loudly). I saw that as a kid in the theatre and all I could think was "huh?" Calling Evil Dead crappy is heresy to me! Flash Gordon counts FOR SURE!!!

Random Axe - I Come In Peace is AMAZING. A european DVD is available, but it's called "Dark Angel" or something - and where's the fun in that?

The Bat - I'm not sure Trainspotting is everyone's cup of tea, but most people would agree it's very well done. It gets an 8.2 on IMDB for instance, which at least gives us an idea that most people think this movie is a quality film.

mego73 is batting them out of the park!!!

I thought "Ed Wood" was great! It has an 8.1 IMDB rating and didn't Martin Landau get an Oscar for that? It's hard to count an Oscar movie as truly crappy, I think.

Guess it won 2 Oscars in 1995 (But I think most movies that win Oscars stink (Not all but most)) I just know what people say when I bring it up at conventions.

So what is your thought on Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park?
