Oh man - she walked like a drunken chicken in her high heel shoes too. Two other younger actresses came down some stairs and did the same thing and giggled about how hard it was to walk. Picture Grace Kelly doing that - of course these idiots would be saying Grace who?

EDIT: The mannequin chick, not Bullock - she was cool!

The people of the Japanese city where the documentary was filmed, Taiji, are none too happy about that result either. Town officials are protesting the win.

The South Park episode where the japanese keep killing dolphins should have also won an award.

I thought he won for TERMS of ENDEARMENT but he wasn't even nominated

I musta been thinking of ol' Jack.

                Jeff Bridges, people; not Daniels.

Either will tell you that happens all the time..

AHhaha - I can't believe I made that mistake. Duh.

I think Bridges should have easily won for The Fisher King and Fearless, but he wasn't even nominated for those! Anyway - it was about time!

Sure, many of her films were no classics (Saturn 3, Cannonball Run, etc) but they were theatrical films none the less.
Here is corroboration of my theory and my agreement with you from CNN

Also I apologize for not have carefully read the entire thread before posting but I had to add this in.

I didn't see the show hardly at all, and didn't see the memorial, but I agree about Farrah vs Michael without knowing more.
