Don't know about that law, but I'll trust you on that.
But this isn't just an auto accident, he also damaged public property. Surely there isn't a law that you can do that and get away with it

Hi guys---had some spare time this morning and
looked in on this thread...Hector/Meule and other's points
--some based off of logical enough ideas---
and some seemingly based off basic "playa hatin"
drew my attention as I've seen something on
another site that I frequent and thought I'd throw into
thois discussion for a rebuttal...

Basically, I've read from posts on that site that...
"Apparently for auto accidents in Florida you are NOT required to make a
statement to the police; your only legal obligations are to provide your
license, registration."

The post further elaborates...

"It wouldn't matter if you were rich or poor, famous or homeless - you are
completely within your legal rights in the State of Florida to NOT speak to the
police and give any statements to them, provided you have given them your
license & insurance info. That is ALL you are required to do for such an accident."

So....does THIS have any bearing on the event(s) as seen by the posters
here? Or am I missing a key point that still makes Tiger to be acting "above
the law"?
