Made my Asian BF happy with the new LAYS chips: Korean-Style Fries Chicken.
It does taste like spicy fried chicken and it leaves that spicy flavor in your mouth. The bag is now empty...

With my Dad's new diet plan I have had to rethink some foods. He is on a no-salt and gallbladder problem so I have had to go back and do more mans on cooking.

Today was red sausage with scratch made gravey with home-made mashed potatoes with peas and corn and biscuits.

You forget just how long it takes to boil potatoes and then mash them by hand

Spaghetti and meatballs with cheese.
With my parents new diet I have had to rethink the meals. The spaghetti was buckwheat noodles, the meatless crumbles and turkey meatballs.

To be truthful it taste like normal spaghetti. The four of us had a bowl and enjoyed it.

This morning BF & I wanted something different but where in a hurry. So I made cream of wheat with bacon and eggs.

Had to take Dad back to the hospital so much is hospital special
Red beans and rice with corn read and a refill of tea. Not bad for $11.

Sunday dinner I made taco salad. A simple and light meal that taste so good and is easy to make.

Tried new bag of chips: Vlasic Pickle Balls. To me this would go great during the summer when eating a lunch meat sandwich. They do have a strong dill pickle flavor.
That being said, BF told me to brush and gargle before he will kiss me.

Just had a Guy Fieri Breakfast Burger with "potatoes" ... Price was an astounding 20 bucks --- but got it for free thanks to a local casino promotion.

I must admit, quoting the great Samuel L Jackson, This is a tasty burger!
