I miss it the same way I miss a lot of old wrestling: when it was good. It was a mess at the end and couldn't go on that way. My favorite WCW period was before it was officially WCW, when it was still under the NWA name. What a classic era. The Horsemen, Midnight Express, The Russians, Dusty etc. I strongly urge anyone who misses that or the WCW stuff mentioned to check out WWE 24/7 if your cable compnay carries it. 8 bucks a month and the offerings are very heavily skewed twords early-mid eights and mid-late ninties. Plus they do these "legends roundtable" discussions which are great. Some of those are out on DVD now.
