i turned on wrestling the other day and i must say it's not as good as it used to be i stopped watching wrestling around 2000. i think i miss wcw. anybody else here a fan of wcw.

I turned into a fan of WCW about the time WWF made Brett Hart and Shawn Michaels champs.
For me, that was the beginning end for WWF.
I just didn't like it's new persona of being extreme and mostly geared to teens.
It was more fun when it was geared toward children in the 80's.

I went to WCW when Hogan and Macho jumped ship

Today, I still can't watch WWF.
It's so boring.

I do watch old matches of AWA sometimes.
They play them on a weird channel late at night

TNA is somewhat like WCW They have Sting, Nash, Scott Steiner, Jeff Jarrett, and it is good but they need new storylines to take them to new heights. If they can pull this off they will be the next WCW. The 80's were the best with the Nature Boy Ric Flair, Nick Bockwinkle, The Highflyers, The Fantastics, The Vonerichs and the Freebirds. Great times do come to an end. Wrestling is not the same.

Back in like -- I forgot what year -- me and my nephews did a road trip to see a Monday Nitro in Miami.

2 day drive non-stop

I forgot the year ... one thing I half remember... I think Nash was the WCW champ at the time.

That is true,... & from Day 1 ,.. I was like What the _ ???
But in the End,.. they were only building on Orton's Villianry, & his Ultimate ShowDown with Triple H at WrestleMania IMO. They seem to have a SmackDown vs Raw Theme this Yr. I thought When Orton Injured Steph Lastnight,.. & HHH Showed up,.. That was fantastic. HHH is gonna Kill Orton & his Boys. Watch the Sledge Hammer come out Next week.
