My wife tried a new recipe for supper last night, and I'm hooked. She called it Corona Chicken. It starts with a filleted chicken breast, inside she put shredded chedder cheese ,onions and peppers. Then its rolled up wrapped in bacon and tooth picks shoved though to hold it all in place then Corona beer poured over it and let it soak for awhile in the fridge. Then cooked on the grill and came out amazing. She made spicey smashed potatoes to go with it.Shes always been a good cook, but she kicked it up a knotch with this.Whats your favorite?

I just love meat, a nice big steak seasoned in mojito with tons of onions and a sliced tomato on the side"Time to nut up or shut up"-Tallahassee

I could eat Grandma's spaghetti & meatballs or pepperoni pizza every day and probably not get sick of it.
I made a huge batch of Grandma's sauce recently and ate it for a straight week.

That sounds mighty good!!!
I don't know if I could name a favorite dish, but if my eating trends indicate anything, it would come from the Soul Food or Mexican Food families.Last edited by saildog; Feb 8, '09, 4:15 PM.Comment

I believe you, man!
Many Americans attribute the dish to France — although in France they are almost exclusively thought of as Belgian
I could eat fries/chips whatever you prefer to call them every day.Last edited by saildog; Feb 8, '09, 6:04 PM.Comment
