Whats your favorite thing to eat?

Also of course any thing my mom makes. Funny how life works. Use to dislike what my mom made us as a kid but as a adult nothing beats her cooking.
              You forgot repollo y rabanos (cabbage and raddish) for the pozole. Pozole can also be made with chicken.

              I can make both pozole and carnitas as well.

              I love menudo as well...but Chihuahua style...not that plain and boring Jalisco one.
