I love food, all kinds.

I love seafood, chicken, lamb, vegetables, rabbit, buffalo, duck, turkey, pizza, burgers, Mexican, Italian, Japanese (especially sushi & sashimi), Indian, and on, and on, and on...

But if I was in death row, and was about to be executed, and offered a last meal...it would be a...

...16 ounce thick grilled medium rare rib-eye or porterhouse steak, baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream, grilled asparagus, corn on the cob, garlic bread, green salad with ranch dressing, and a 6-pack of ice cold Coronas.

For desert, a simple vanilla ice cream with hot fudge topping.

That is sooooooooooo good...I could eat a pound of that easy, lol.




I also love raw oysters on the shell...I just add a squeeze of lime, Tabasco sauce, and a tad pinch of salt...I'm in Heaven.

I forgot to add pork...I love pork...but I try to stay away from it, I probably won't make it to the electric chair if I eat too much pork, lol..

Love the chicken parm. But....if I am just snacking, man I love the cookies.
I also got this great recipe from my wife, which I modified a bit....it's called buffalo wing dip.....you take a pie dish, spread cream cheese across the bottom....one brick is good, then you mix diced chicken breast(or my lazy way with chicken breast in a can) with red hot sauce and spread that over the cream cheese, you top it off with shredded cheese, I like the mixed bags - chedder and mozzarella - spread over it, heat it up till it's all melted and then use either scoops or as I like it - ritz crackers. Man that's good. Makin me hungry too.

For me it would have to be possole or carnitas. Basically possole is a pork type soup with homany, cilantro and onions. Carnitas is fried pork meat sauted in orange juice. Also of course any thing my mom makes. Funny how life works. Use to dislike what my mom made us as a kid but as a adult nothing beats her cooking.
