OH, and am I also supposed to feel bad for making fun of clowns in my last post?!?! Are we not supposed to make jokes any more just because you and your PC Gestapo might feel a widdle bad about yourself??

What identity politics?!? Are you serious, Chris?!? How about when she had to take her shoes off to Hulk out in court? This was just another example of the Disney's effort to make us normal shoe-sized people feel bad about not having oversized feet! By showing Mickey and Goofy and now She Hulk and their giant clown feet, they're clearly trying to make me feel bad about my size 10 & 1/2's. They claim they're simply showing some big-footed people, but common sense tells me that reducing normal, regularly ped-sized roles from 98% to 90% is Disney trying to force its sasquatchian agenda down my throat! I'm tired of EVERY show or movie HAVING to have a big-footed person in it whining about how hard it is to find a decent-fitting pair of pumps!Last edited by Wee67; Aug 23, '22, 8:56 AM.Leave a comment:

don’t like him because he isn’t anyone I picture as Bruce Banner or even if he had a hint of Bill Bixby. He’s like a guy with a New York accent or something.Leave a comment:

It was lighthearted fun. I dig Tatiana Maslany. Watched her Orphan Black series. Great actress.
Having said that, Mark Ruffalo still annoys me.Leave a comment:

Same boat here, to me, it came across as a logical explanation of why her Hulk is different. I never gave it a second thought after.Leave a comment:

Pilot episode was meh at best. I'll watch it with the kids but nothing to get excited about yet. I'll give it a chance.Leave a comment:

My wife too. She deals with what Jen talked about every day in her job field and she gave Jen's response to Bruce a hallelujah! when she watched it.

What identity politics? That's she's a woman dealing with what women deal with daily? If they didn't do that...wouldn't she just be...the Hulk?i think she was belligerent because of the change to her body and life. that will change. i enjoyed the episode but was annoyed that they just had to be Disney and throw identity politics in
I really enjoyed this, and my wife flat out LOVED it. She really indentifed with this version of Jennifer.Leave a comment:

They've written Jen as overly obnoxious and belligerent so far. Hopefully that will change as her story arc progresses.Leave a comment:

Another Easter Egg
In the crdits the show She-Hulk at a muscle beach. This reminds me of the Joe Jusko She-Hulk at Venice Muscle Beach.
