So ,.. Ahhh when was he ever consider'ed an X-Men type.

It was pointed out in this early issue of The Uncanny X-Men, that he was a mutant (and in fact probably Marvel's First Mutant at that point).

I'm actually curious as well. It's obvious the guy has fallen on hard times, particularly given how Alex Maleev chose to intepret Namor from Bendis' script in the Dark Reign special.



What happened between Atlantis Attacking (from left field) in Civil War and Dark Reign? How was Atlantis destroyed and/or Namor deposed (for the umpteenth time). I'm assuming it took place in The War of Kings?

I did like the moment that Doom and Namor shared. I really enjoyed Super Villain Team-up as a kid, and even though their initial hookups on that title were tenuous at best (and probably still is), it looks like they have fallen into a rhythm over the years. "Same thing we always do... you take the sea, I'll take the land."

What's up with Namor these Days.... ?.?.
I have been recently reading Dark Avengers,... & To be Honest I really don't read that much Marvel to Know,.. But with the Dark Avengers,.. They have this CrossOver going on with the X-Men,.. that Will Ultimately Result in the Dark X-Men . ... Well in the Dark X-men book,.. Namor is one of the Dark X-Men.

So ,.. Ahhh when was he ever consider'ed an X-Men type,.. I missed something here.... & Actually Missed alot. Is He a Baddie again,.. or something ? With all the Baddie's kinda in Good Guy get-up's with the Dark Reign BS,.. & The True Hero's mostly going underground,.. or not wanting anything to do with them,.. What's Namor's Story ? Why's this Guy Hanging out with Osborn & Company ? Does Osborn Have something on him,.. or What's going on there ? ... I seem to have missed something...
