I missed it too. Waited too late and they were sold out. Even though it kind of makes me sad to see my heroes as zombies, I trust Johns to do them justice, and if not bring them back, let them go out as heroes once more. As long as Didio doesn't muck things up. After all he wanted to kill Dick Grayson in Infinite Crisis, and Johns refused.

No I think it had more to do with the fact of the lawsuit over the use of "Superboy" so they made him go away for a while. It sounds like things may be reaching a conclusion as far as the lawsuit which may explain Conner's return in Legion of 3 Worlds.
