Capt. Tracey as seen in "The Omega Glory":

      Card by Mego73
Capt. Kirk: "Is there anyone on this ship, who even remotely, looks like Satan?"
Mr. Spock: "I am not aware of anyone who fits that description, Captain"
Capt. Kirk: "No, Mr. Spock, I didn't think you would be"

        LOL Thanks HardyGirl

Hmmmm...Maybe my wife and I should do a two card set along with this one:

Actually we could do a four card set and include these two as well:

Impressive work on all of them, but that Medusan Ambassador is freaky cool

We just had another order for a Kirk and Spock in their silver Enviro suits as seen in "The Tholian Web":

Mr. Spock: "I am not aware of anyone who fits that description, Captain"

Thanks. I just updated the pictures to better show that the bright strobe lights are now colored creating lighting effects similar to what we see in the episode.

The version you watched, was it the original or the remastered with updated effects version?
Even though the effects they did for most of Star Trek including The Tholian Web were amazing especially for being in the late 60's, a lot of the effects look very vintage sci-fi now based on the CGI technology we have all become accustomed to seeing not only in the movies but now on TV as well.
The original Star Trek effects for The Tholian Web were for the time very state of the art and very impressive, but I have to say that the new Tholian web effects CBS/Paramount added to the remastered DVD set are absolutely stunning

And Meule, you really need to get your hands on a remastered set. You will feel like you have seen some of those episodes for the first time again. Some episodes like Amok Time have some newly added footage too, not just updated.

Here is a sneak peak pic of a custom Mego 8" scale playset I am currently working on:

Playset will feature both working lights AND actual sound effects!

                            Stay tuned....

The blu rays are the best because you can have both versions. You can have the remastered versions with the surround stereo track or the original versions with the original mono soundtrack.

One of my pet peeves with TOS DVD's is that from the beginning (even going back to the 2 episode per disc releases)they had surround stereo remixes on the shows that sometimes deviated from the original material (i.e. a similar but different music cue and adding ship sound to the exterior Enterprise shots even when the original had none).

It's a lot of fun to watch the original effects in high definition. There was one Enterprise orbit shot where the matte hole for the ship and the image of the ship was so out of whack it The Enterprise looked like it had a traveling shadow. And I also love the shot, used only once in "Dagger Of The Mind" where the Enterprise is approaching a planet and it appears it's almost flying sideways.
