You want a partridge on a pear tree too?
No my friend...it will have more of a maquette look, no fancy lights or rotation devices...and I like my current glass cabinet just fine...

That sounds awesome Bro is it going to light up and rotate man that would be off the hook if it did.....maybe you can get an ArtDeco glass cabinet to put it on top of, so it really looks like a building and you throw all your Superman stuff in it......Leave a comment:

Cool idea! You're gonna have a blast. For me, the biggest joy of customizing comes from thinking about it, planning it, working on it... if in the end it comes out great then all the better, but it is really all about the experience.Leave a comment:

My Daily Planet Globe project
I will be attempting my first EVER custom...yes...you heard right...
I'm both super excited and terrified...
I have been planning this for a loooooooooong time.
My Superman shrine will NEVER be complete until I have the Daily Planet globe on top of the glass cabinet.
The Daily Planet globe will be "somewhat" close to Mego scale...meaning...it will be around 16-18 inches across...so Mego Supes gets a bit dwarfed next to it.
I have been researching and gathering all kinds of information and sources for this project...I don't wanna do a half-arse attempt...I will seriously dedicate myself to this project...it will take a while...but whether this project of mine is successful...or it ends up a bloody mess...I will feel good at myself for at least attempting this...all due to being so impressed and influenced by all the fantastic and talented customizers here...all you great guys and gals have inspired me to attempt this...I'm far from being a craftsman...but I have drive...and let's see what happens...lol.
So...since I'm a drama queen...I'd appreciate any words of encouragement.
