    Yes!
Looks just perfect to me: the TOS Gorn, Mego style. Just the way I like it.
Much better than the Brown Lizard raided Klingon wardrobe version.
    This Gorn Captain is pleased..........

I like it. I'm not really in the market for any more aliens, but I think this is a more accurate Mego version. Certainly way better than Mr. Brown tailess Lizard Man in Klingon clothing!

I like the new version. Actually I'd get both if they came out just because I'm a Gorn guy.

Anyone know if the New gorn comes with anything? Stone knife, that mike thing, a disrupter ?

I like the look of the Gorn. Nice compromise, I would say.

Let's look at it this way... at least it's not a brown Lizard that attacked and left a Klingon naked and alone. Naked Klingons are not cool.

I agree with mikeoz. The hulk body I think is too big for gorn. I think it looks really great and I'll get one for sure.

Maybe...but some LJN type Arms would have worked better...and it shouldn't have cost all that much more to produce?

PS: anybody got a nude Hulk, with matching colored Arms & Torso(some don't) for sale at decent price?

I'll say one thing...it's definately VERY Mego...because Mego would always take the cheapest route.

Didn't think I would as I love the Mego version so much.
But I think i'll buy this figure.
    Nice.

If it's the upper body that really bothers you, try contacing Troy Younger or Fred "Blackend Kryptonite," about larger upper arms. They both have upper arms available that have a tricep and more rounded shoulders. If it's the rest of the figure you don't like...you may just want to start from scratch with the old Gorn kit.

As for myself, I think it looks alot like what Mego would have done if it weren't for all those ape bodies and Klingon suits laying around I did not for one second think that we would be getting a Hulk bodied Gorn from EMCE. That would be akin to expecting series accurate suits for Kor and Kang when they already have Klingon suits available.

I still want to to customize the Hulk/Gorn, but in all likelihood I will be picking one of these up.

I love it. If the Mugato can be on a T-2 body, why not the Gorn?

On the bright side...I still know where to buy the Brady Gorn Kit...so I'll be making a new one. It looks like I'll be able to use parts of the EMCE one(nice soft Rotocast Head, Tunic, maybe the lower Legs?)for the new Custom.
You know what they say about: "assuming"

Anyways---the reason it struck me odd is because collecting customs
is the core of my toiy collecting and my curiosity couldn't be any more
piqued than seeing somebody have a custom figure they love and then
    getting rid of it....

I guess what you said as to "why" makes sense IF you were interested
in turning a profit, but that would work only IF the new figure was to your
liking----that's a few too many "IF"s for me personally to take any such
    gamble---

Regardless---my empathy is with you and I wish you luck at recreating your old figure.

And I wouldn't be surprised if you snatched up this new "other" GORN too----
(for more than spare parts) as it looks pretty dang cool.

Personally, I think the new GORN looks cool, yes, but I'm more interested in
getting a SULU and a CHEKOV---they've been a long time coming.
