EMCE Toys new bodies in development - the end of the rubber bands

Ok, I saw the "5 regular Caucasian type 2 bodies $19.99 " on Doc's Site and thought the plastic on the torso's looked more Mego-like soft plastic than his other Bodies...am I mistaken??

I got a 5 pack of those they are not the best..I know that's heresy but they have flakes on them and they are poorly put together...I can send a pic...I was disappointed...

EMCE desperately needs a new body that's not all tightly wound.

Was looking around Docs site and noticed that there were no female bodies. Years ago he mentioned ( in this thread ) he was making a new body but it was supposed to be used for a project and he couldn't talk about it. That project never seemed to materialize but neither did the bodies. Now with no regular female bodies for sale on his site is this maybe an indication he will be able to make and publicly offer the new one he was working on?

Nope, not the same thing. Those have to be painted in detail, and really don't have the same range of motion that the 8 inch bodies have.

I don't mean to speak for him but I understand that he delivered a shorter 6" bandless body. It was offered through the ThinkGeek website and he also sells them on his website paired with a female version. Maybe that was the teen body someone said he mentioned? Scroll down to item #21:

yeah, 2 and a half years later still no bodies. Too bad, it'd be great to see all the 8 inch companies get away from rubber band bodies since no one can seem to get them right.
