I like the "model" idea. A real "assembly required" kind of deal. The consumer assembles and paints it themself to acquire the look that they want and there ya go. Keeping the simple action feature and roll-ability would be a must. Cutting paint application and assembly out of the production process may help make it more cost effective to produce, I think? Just a thought.
