Here you go. As you can see, the larger heads go well with the Zica bodies. I did a hand transplant on Alan too. The clothes fit fine. Just need to put in an order on classic tv toys for some suits when I get paid this week.
Yeah... Still need another 3/4" on them so they're still ginormous, but they do seem a bit better on the Zica. Now they looks like Paco Magnificent Doctors!

Good to know EE was cool about the production error/exchange.

Thanks for the pics! Am I looking at the three figure shot right? It appears the EMCE body is actually shorter than the Zica figure. If that is the case, is the body height the greater of the two issues here? Because I agree with you. The head absolutely fits proportionately better on the Zica figure. Night and day difference.

Thanks for these pictures and analysis. Indeed looks better in a ZICA body. Problem is that rudy is now stronger than Steve LOL

The Alan Oppenheimer head looks stoned, IMO. Was Rudy trying to do bionic experiments on himself? Maybe that's why he has two of the same legs.

I don't understand why they always put the signs up at a Toy Fair stating they are aware the heads are too big and they'll be corrected in production, yet....these and many other ReMego's have martian heads!

Is it harder in 2013 to get it right than it was 30 years ago?

There was an interview with the guy who has sculpted many of the Universal Monster ReMego heads, and I recall him saying that the shrinkage isn't as bad as it used to be. So they may be overcompensating on the original sculpt in anticipation of more shrinkage than eventually happens. They may be able to sculpt closer to scale these days.

Thanks for this great information! I like that Pat Morton one as "the Karate Kid" with his Ralph Macchio partner.

That "Pat" is the same as my name!
