I think the heads should have been smaller (like in the Tothiro 'shop), and I wish the uniform had more of the pleating and fine details of the original. But despite those complaints, I'm still very excited about this line. Very exciting to think we will have Star Trek, Buck Rogers, Dr Who and BSG all in 1:9 scale. As a kid, I used to dream of such things!

Yeah, I mean they're ordered either way... If they come in too big I'll shrink them down (I've actually done that already on a few remego) - I was just hoping I wouldn't have to. I'll probably already be making new boots for them if they come with the hero boots in the pics, and changing a few things anyway.
The sculpts are really great, just... you know too big is too big.

I'll probably do my Ovion project after all rather than waiting too - BBP's version when/if it comes out will surely be cool but probably different than my taste.

Scott, that just makes me giggle. My son is now 7, but in the past I've been witness to a Green Arrow/Gumby crossover and a Thomas the Train/Superman/Hulk mash up.

^^Rob, I still have 3 of your Cylon heads that you sculpted like 3 years ago. I always have meant to work up a Mego-esque costume for them, but now maybe that I can army build with the BBP's, I'll finally bring them to "life". Maybe keep them black and design stealth Cylons or something.

The Cylons are cool, so I'll go for those, Apollo's a maybe, and Starbuck is a no.
So I'll probably take two out of four.
I don't like the way Starbuck's sculpt turned out, and with the current toy budget, I can't buy stuff that's not 100% my taste.
All things considered, I'm still most pleased with the Majestic Cylons. And yes, that would be a cool name for a band!

I am a lil bummed about the big heads. Is this a style BBP is trying to make a name for themselves. I find it hard to believe they dont realize the head issues.
