I have seen a sort of track record with the way he posts online when he is less-than-happy.

I'm so happy the first run sold out. This 'Zombie kit' deserves it.
I like the idea of sticking with a good manufacturer to work out the flaws. In the best cases, everyone wins. Manufacturers learn from mistakes, and the companies and customers get better products from manufacturers that will most likely never make the same mistake again.
Design flaws are all about 'reasearch and development'. Mistakes are lessons to be valued. Knowing how one can fail on any certain point, gains great knowledge that gets them one step closer to complete success.
Sadly I've seen the opposite over the last two decades as bad business standards have eaten away the basic workings of the real world. When Marvel Comics can go from a fortune 500 company in the 90s to bankrupt in the same decade. 'Real world' takes on a real meaning.
Many times I have been offered 'current business advice wisdom', to be shocked at how horrible it was. Watching from the 'side-lines' I've witnessed the the desire to get the profit now and never consider the future losses. I may not be a math major, but I got a degree in 'aftermath'.
Grow, learn, change and it will be hard for anyone to get a hold of your shirt tail. Can't wait till I can afford the Superhero kit!
