I am not even going to pretend I have been around that long, but I'm surprised that the non-Baker episodes aren't on the table right now. Oh, well, I can settle. It's Dr. Who reMegos, that's what counts!

Depends on if you're talking episodes*, or years. Baker was the Doctor for 7 years, but McGann was the Doctor from 1996 - 2005.

*And even then it gets fuzzy. Do audio episodes count? Do destroyed episodes count?

I was always suspicious about him.

        Just kidding, just a joke!

One can also make the case for McCoy, if they wanted to do so.

This may be one time when a subscription club could be useful.
If these first few waves prove successful enough, you may be able to justify upping the cost on the figures themselves. I know the wholesale rate and I think there is room to bump that up. If a buck extra per figure would end up covering new tooling for a limb/appendage/accessory, I think it would fly.

I would guess in addition to the unique tooling costs, Daleks and K-9 would have additional licensing costs?

I'd love to see a Sarah Jane Smith. I'm still sad Liz Sladen passed this year. I always had a bit of a crush on her. Pair up her in her red-and-white overalls, along with Eldrad from "The Hand of Fear," and I'd squeal like a 5-year old girl.

A Zygon would be awesome. Pair one up with a Harry Sullivan figure, and I'd... well, probably squeal like a 5-year old girl again.

Here's the thing, with 50 years worth of great monsters and companions, if the line doesn't get at least three doctors out a year, the line will die quickly. It's the doctors that will sell the line. Doctor Who fans will want a complete set of doctors, a Dalek, a Cyberman, a Master, and a Sontaran. A few of the companions will be wanted like Sarah Jane, Rose, Leela and a Romana. And of course, they need to put out a TARDIS. But if they don't agressively push the doctors out the door getting all 11 out within 3 years, the line will die quickly.

I distrust any sentiment predicated on "too many monsters/aliens."

Except it's hard to argue against anything supporting 9th doctor. Though really I'd be more supportive of Martha than Rose, who arguably would go better with 10th (but not a big 10th fan here).
But Slithy? Over ... well... (anything else. But particularly) something like The Empty Child?

I think the Universe would agree to an 11th and Amy Pond of course.

We are fans of Dr. Who. We read these boards. We have an extensive plan for this line including pretty much everything you mentioned above (pending approvals, of course).

I'm eager to see a Davros, K-9 (maybe packed with Sarah Jane? That way you get the K-9 and Company/Sarah Jane Adventures crowd!), Romana II (hey, we're getting Tom Baker, why not his one-time wife?), and Nyssa, Tegan, and Adric for the eventual (hopefully!) Fifth Doctor.
"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."

I'm so glad these figures are getting made. Love the Tom Baker figure. There is just one thing that bothered me on him and that is that he doesn't have any expression on his face. I remember him with his eyes wide open and smiling.

I've been watching the new Doctors now and they all have great expressions on their face and that's what I'd like to see on any future Doctor figure. Give them some personality.

                                Just my 2 cents.

Thanks again Bif Bang Pow for making these.
