I liked them all. I really wish the line had not ended. I guess it's officially over though huh? I mean they said sales of Ray's GL would be the make or break the future releases. Still I can't see why the last 6 that they have made and are ready to go can't be put on matty.com. I would jump at Robin,Supergirl and Joker. Wish Hawkman would have gotten to final stages. Batgirl too:^(

I loved every figure that came out. I have to say that this line got me back into mego style figures. The suits and headsculpts were all awesome. I thought Captain Cold was the sleeper for this series. This figure really made the character look cool and sarcastic. I'm excited about Kyle coming out and deeply regret that there may be no further characters, vehicles or playsets. If they did a batmobile I would have a stroke! Help us Dr. Mego you're our only hope.

I can't discuss any specifics, but we are hoping something can be arranged.

I think a lot of people were surprised by the sudden announcement of
cancellation. Hopefully we will know something before the end of the
        year.

After my post over on the Vina / Chapel thread, Thanks again Paul for giving us a little hope. You are really making my night by giving us a little hope with your posts this evening. I think it would really be a shame if we didn't get at least Joker, Riddler, Catwoman, Batgirl, Supergirl, Hawkman, Hawkgirl and Spectre. I won't hold my breathe for The Creeper, Swamp Thing or any more New Gods but I can dream. Even if they were only internet exclusives, higher priced and very limited I think there are enough people here interested in the above mentioned characters ( and a few others like Robin that some people really want ) to sell them out.

There's actually a few I still need but I though the Cheetah was the overall best figure, no flaw to mention. Hard to pick a favorite but Luthor was the only I bought at retail as I felt it was missing from the original line. Being a big Legion of Doom fan I can't even express the satisfaction of adding five more members to the existing Mego Riddler. That was the true highlight for me.

As with Vina and Chapel, glad to hear there's still a slim possibility. It'd be a shame not to at least get out Robin, Joker, Supergirl and Bizarro. And I can't see why those wouldn't sell well.

(Especially the last two-- as Bizarro's never been done and Supergirl would add a new blonde female for custom purposes.)

Yeah I think a retro Bizarro would be most specially cool, and seems to me it wouldn't be too hard to tweak the existing Supes mold for him.

I sure hope so. I would buy Robin,Joker and Supergirl instantly. Hopefully Hawkman can be finished and released as well as he's probably the #1 want by most people here. Batgirl PLEASE!!!

The six that Doc mentioned as been done as far as prototypes would have done much better sales wise than the poorly planned GL wave. Hope they still manage to get done.

It's fantasy at this juncture, but I also think a Hawkman/Brainiac/Batgirl/Catwoman wave would've done very well. I can see there's a tipping point popularity-wise for character selection for the Retros, but I think the selection above would've still been on the profitable side for Mattel.

Beyond that, what would've realistically been left for Mattel to offer that would sell well to more than just we collectors? Maybe a wave with variant costume Batman (by which I mean a Golden Age or Modern Age version, or possibly non-removeable cowl)/Scarecrow/Black Canary/Riddler (or Poison Ivy). Still, would've been nice.

ive never thought about asking this. but just how hard would it be to get marvel these days? is Disney asking way to much to license them. i notice there are some captain action suits coming soon but actual mego likes would be better

kidding aside a few of them are pretty good, just to bulky

no, not Famous Covers, the superior Signature Series. Hasbro did 2 or 3 waves right when they got the Marvel rights.
