I had a similar issue with a non-toy purchase from Amazon. They have this thing they call the A-to-Z Guarantee that might help you:

In my case, Amazon ended up crediting my account to make things right, even though the issue was with the marketplace seller.

Great customer service is rare these days... I was definitely impressed.

They will offer me a refund but not an exchange. and at $30 the return shipping would not be worth the hastle.

My vintage set has oen of the two broken off so I can't hang any of the scenes, anyone have any fixes that would work without messing the set up, I guess I really just need to super glue a small piece of plastic on the one side, it is very hard to see the top of the screens anyway.
