For the TV show, Cousin Itt wore shoes & trousers, a wooly shirt & gloves, and two hairpieces: a very long wig and a long hula-skirt-type piece that started at his chest. And of of course the glasses & bowler.

The new Tim Burton project sounds great, BTW, and no doubt will make Addams more relevant than they have been in decades. It would be a great time to secure a license.

Likeness really isn't important for anyone beyond Gomez, though, to be honest. Everyone else pretty much looks like the comic version. Gomez looks terrible in the original comics, but always looked great on screen.
