I can say for certain the bodies have been fixed. I cheated and cut out a trap door on the card's bubble and took the Captain out. The body is very tight, no floppiness in the torso and the legs are no longer loose like a marionette.

It's unfortunate that the first two waves of characters, especially Supes and Bats, got the factory defect flops. Perhaps down the road Mattel can address this by offering bodies for sale to swap out for the first two waves. Or maybe they could offer another run of them with the corrections.

In any case, it appears all of the problems have been addressed. I know a lot of people still object to the pricing, and I still have a major problem with the availability at retail, but the figures themselves are where they should be at this stage.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

I ordered Shazam and Black Adam when I found out the problem with the bodies was fixed. My other waves for the most part like Supes and Bats have new Doc Mego bodies. I'm glad this line can now be purchased and left alone.
